Core Competency assessment of hard skills necessary for the position. For example, assessments of a candidate’s knowledge of Computer Software Programs, Industry Specific Terminology, Math, Grammar and other tangible skills.

Assessments (performed by a certified professional) of a candidate’s individual aptitudes, preferences and work style utilizing various HR screening tools such as the Personality Index and other assessments as appropriate based on job title, etc. The goal is to assess the individual candidate’s alignment with the organization’s culture and long term goals.

Group and individual training, including Harassment Prevention, Customer Service in Health Care Setting, Workplace Etiquette, OSHA, Workplace Safety and other training curriculum based on individual clients needs.
Customized Training is also available to address the preferences and/or policies of the client.

All newly placed staff are provided transition assistance that includes an individualized on-boarding program with Professional Job Coach. The job coach will assist the candidate in setting goals and establishing positive, productive work habits consistent with the organizational culture.
